The "BSDDS Member Directory" is compiled and published by the Butte Sierra District Dental Society ("BSDDS") as a reference source of demographic and professional information on individual dentists in Butte and Sierra counties who are members of BSDDS. Use of the BSDDS Member Directory is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use for BSDDS Online, and also the following.
The Directory may be used by the general public to allow quick access to information about BSDDS member dentists. This Directory is not a referral service. For more information about BSDDS member dentists, please review the individual member's web page or contact the Butte Sierra District Dental Society office.
Use of the Directory by third parties to verify information about, or the credentials of, dentists is not sufficient to meet the standards of any regulatory agency, licensing agency or credentialing body, such as the Joint Commission (JCAHO), the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the California Board of Dental Examiners (BDE) or others. The Directory and/or any of its data, listings or other constituent elements may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, or for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists of dentists. The use of the Directory to establish independent data files or compendiums of statistical information is prohibited.

Although BSDDS undertakes reasonable efforts to keep the information contained in the Directory current and accurate, the information is not guaranteed and no responsibility is assumed for errors or omissions. The BSDDS does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in the Directory; nor does BSDDS in any way endorse the individuals described in the Directory or the services they may provide.
The Butte Sierra District Dental Society is unable to verify whether a dentist described in the Directory as a "specialist" limits his or her practice to that specialty. Therefore, dentists identified through a search under a specialty do not necessarily meet the ADA General Standards for Announcement of Specialization and Limitation of Practice.
In no event shall BSDDS be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information. Any damages for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid to access the Directory, if any.
